Leading marketing across one of the UAE’s most iconic cultural and motorsport festivals, where entertainment, heritage, tourism, and audience experience collide.

Challenge

Liwa International Festival is not a single event.

It is a multi-layered destination experience bringing together motorsport culture, entertainment, tourism, heritage, concerts, activations, media partnerships, and large-scale public engagement across the Al Dhafra region.

The challenge wasn’t simply promoting an event.

It was building marketing momentum across multiple audiences, experiences, and touchpoints while maintaining relevance, excitement, and operational alignment in a high-speed environment.

My Role

Led and contributed across key areas of the festival marketing ecosystem, supporting campaign development, digital marketing initiatives, and audience engagement efforts.

• Campaign planning and execution across digital marketing, content, and communications
• Marketing coordination across internal teams, stakeholders, agencies, and external partners
• Campaign ideation and communication development aligned with audience engagement objectives
• Cross-channel marketing support spanning event launches, announcements, activations, and digital amplification
• Editorial, PR, media, and platform collaboration across key communication channels
• Agile marketing execution within a fast-paced live event environment

Worked closely with operational, PR, ticketing, creative, and stakeholder teams to transform complex festival experiences into clear audience communication and impactful market presence.
